Gill Thackray, Director of Koru Development is a business psychologist, coach, lecturer, writer, mindfulness teacher and regular conference speaker. Gill writes for national publications including the Guardian on the application of psychology and neuroscience in everyday life.
Gill has worked internationally with government bodies, companies and organisations to improve performance and develop individuals to reach their potential. Specialising in wellbeing, resilience and mindfulness Gill has worked with a wide variety of clients including the United Nations Iraq, BBC, Barclays, The Football Association, British Heart Foundation, British School of Osteopathy, Pakistan Government, Kenyan Tourist Authority, Deloitte, Nigerian Communications Commission and Battersea Cats and Dogs Home.

She is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists, Institute of Leadership and Management, British Neuroscience Association and Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. She has practiced mindfulness for over ten years, having lived, worked and studied in China, Tibet, India and Thailand. Gill is also Visiting Professor at CHE University in Phnom Penh Cambodia.
Viv has been a fully qualified trainer and coach for over fifteen years. Her expertise is in applying psychological research to practice with a particular emphasis on her specialism of positive psychology.
Viv's additional specialism is training professionals in mental health law and she is a well respected expert in this field.
Viv has also lectured undergraduates and others in her areas of interest and has a genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and ideas that can lead to positive change.
Having worked with the NHS, local government and private sector clients, Viv uses her expertise as a consultant to help organisations build sustainable wellbeing and resilience.

Santosh is an experienced Consultant forensic psychiatrist (MBBS MRCPsych PGDip in Forensic mental health). He has over 10 years successful experience in psychiatry both internationally and in the UK. He currently practices in the private sector. Specialising in Psychological therapies including CBT, psychodynamic psychotherapy, group and reflective groups Santosh has a particular interest in East and Western concepts of illness and treatment. He brings an expert insight into organisational behaviour, systemic therapy, mentalisation and mindfulness to his work, drawing upon his professional experience from a wide range of contexts and cultures.
Fascinated by the biological aspects of the mind and brain, Santosh brings his medical expertise to courses and consultancy, providing expert insight and input on the neuroscience of human behaviour. Santosh uses a variety of teaching techniques- role-play, didactic, small groups, and incorporates innovative technology into his programmes. His sessions are fun, interactive and informative. Passionate about enhancing quality of life and contributing to thinking and resolving issues/ problem solving through thinking and effective mindful communication, Santosh is an inspiring trainer and consultant.
With a strong interest in philosophy and psychological concepts along with an intense urge to grow by learning Santosh is able to effectively connect groups and teams.
